At 4Life Constructions, we know that every client’s path is different some come to us first before speaking with a designer, while others already have concept plans or a full design from an architect. We work seamlessly with both, offering tailored guidance, strong industry connections, and great options to suit your needs.
Here’s a look at how we bring your dream home to life:
1. Vision
Our process begins with an initial meeting to understand your vision and project scope. We take the time to listen to your ideas, preferences, and budget requirements. This step allows us to ensure we’re the right fit for your project and to customise the process for you, whether you already have plans in hand or are starting from scratch.
2. Design and Professional Consultant Package
No matter where you are in the design process, we can support you. If you’re starting fresh, we connect you with our trusted architects and designers to create concept plans that reflect your vision.
For clients who already have concept or full plans from an architect or designer, we review them with you to provide advice, budget insights, and next steps.
Once concept plans are created (whether through our recommended designers or your own), we offer our Professional Consultant Package. This tailored service helps refine your plans, provides detailed cost estimates, and guides you through important pre-construction considerations, ensuring your design aligns perfectly with your vision, budget, and timeline.
3. Building Approvals
The next step, both during and after design, is to secure the required building approvals from local authorities. We work closely with engineers, designers, and other professionals to make sure this process runs smoothly, meets all regulations and standards, and stays on track with your timeline. At the same time, we start your selections process—working closely with you to choose fixtures, finishes, and details that bring your vision to life. Our team and trusted suppliers make this stage simple and enjoyable, ensuring every choice reflects your style and stays within budget.
4. Building Proposal
With final plans and engineering complete, we prepare a comprehensive building proposal. This includes a fixed price and detailed specifications for your project. Once everyone’s happy, we sign the contract and prepare to move into construction.
5. Construction
The most exciting stage bringing your dream home to life. Key steps include:
Site Preparation and Foundation: Setting the groundwork for your new home.
First Fix Carpentry: Building the structural framework.
Lock-Up Stage: Completing the exterior to make your home weather-tight.
Fit-Out Stage: Interior works, including tiling, joinery, plumbing, and electrical installations.
Final Touches and Landscaping: Completing every detail to transform your house into a home.
6. Handover
Our seamless handover process ensures you receive your new home with minimal hassle and maximum excitement. We’ll walk you through everything, provide a comprehensive handover pack, and offer a defect period for peace of mind after you’ve moved in.
7. Aftercare
