In continuation of the clients' vision for a permanent residence in the Fleurieu Peninsula, a new custom-built home has been meticulously designed and constructed. The innovative use of lightweight cladding materials not only provided greater flexibility during the building process but also allowed for enhanced precision in the overall design. The house boasts a striking street presence with sleek lines and natural timber finishes that blend harmoniously with the surrounding beach dunes. The interiors are equally breathtaking, with exquisite design details such as a residential lift, indoor pool, and bespoke joinery. The home automation system expertly integrated with the Clipsal system and Wiser platform allows for easy control of all electronic systems within and outside the home. There is an abundance of natural light in every room, and the Australian hardwood flooring and woolen carpets offer a warm and comfortable flooring finish.
